The application of the terminal block is mainly reflected in: in the power electronic wiring, when the equipment inside the screen is connected with the equipment outside the screen, it must pass some special terminals. The combination of these terminals is called a terminal block. A terminal block is an accessory product used to achieve electrical connection, which is divided into the category of connectors in the industry. With the increasing degree of industrial automation and the stricter and more precise requirements of industrial control, the amount of terminal blocks is gradually increasing. Terminal With the development of the electronics industry, the use of terminal blocks is increasing, and there are more and more types. In addition to PCB board terminals, the most widely used ones are hardware terminals, nut terminals, spring terminals and so on. Remove the metal dust-proof sandpaper and gasoline from each part of the gun to the junction box until the material sees the color, the explosion-proof cover should be reset and sealed, and the explosion-proof hole of the motor itself should also be sealed.

Safe use of terminal blocks
When pulling the cable insulation, it is not allowed to damage the inner copper wires, especially the roots of the wire lugs. Use 70mm2 closed wire nose, add appropriate copper wire filler, crimp the wire with a crimper, and crimp 2-3 times as appropriate. Each time you crimp the wire, make sure the wire crimper is at the same angle and in the proper position, then press down. Insulated with high voltage tape, heat shrink tubing and plastic tape.

For copper terminals with wire heads, the wire heads should be naturally placed in the center of the upper and lower pressure plates without any stress direction. The upper and lower pressure plates should be parallel to the wire heads when tightening the screws. Each screw should be equipped with a spring washer, and each screw should be tightened The torque should be appropriate and uniform, and ensure that the pressure plate will not have excessive deformation, so that the surface of the wire head is in good contact with the surface of the upper and lower pressure plates, the contact area is the largest, there is appropriate pressure, and the cable has no stress in all directions.

When the bottom corner of the motor is firm, check the terminals of each high-voltage motor every two weeks to check whether there are cracks in the wire lugs and whether the screws are loose. If necessary, remove the wire nose for inspection and dispose of if it does not meet the connection standards.

When replacing the main pump with the fitter technique, when the main motor needs to be moved, ensure that the control motor can move a minimum distance in all directions. When the fitter works to install the main pump and motor, it is necessary to ensure that the pump and the motor company are concentric, the receiving pads are intact, whether the receiving screws are all matched and tightened, and a gap of about 5mm is maintained between the two receiving ends. The pump and the motor are fixed firmly with bottom corner screws. It can prevent the vibration of the pump from affecting the motor. After the fitter completes the replacement of the pump, the electronic team checks the terminals in the junction box of the motor system, and analyzes and handles those that do not meet the wiring standards. During operation, the fitter should check the vibration and sound development of the pump every shift. If the vibration of the pump itself increases beyond our normal use range, it must be dealt with in a timely and effective manner.

Check the sound, vibration and bottom corner screws of each high-voltage control motor bearing, and record or deal with it in a timely manner if any abnormal work is found.
